Amendments and Cancellations

・Payment fees paid by customers when completing a booking are non-refundable. These fees are paid to the payment processor each time an online booking is completed, and Crazy Escape cannot request a refund of these fees.
Experience Details
- Departure times of experiences cannot be delayed. Our experiences operate within a specific framework. Please cooperate to ensure you can participate in the experience on time.
- Guide dogs are not allowed on our vehicles and in most venues we visit. Please inform us in advance.
- Mobility Access – Foldable wheelchairs might be accommodated in vehicles, but please contact customer service (Contact form) to check.
- The order of the experience and finishing point are subject to change.
- Prices – All prices are subject to change without notice. Crazy Escape commits to honoring confirmed and paid bookings, and date exchanges will be done at the same price.
Miscellaneous
- Accident or Loss of Property – For any damage, delay, or inconvenience in any experience, Crazy Escape is not responsible.
- Please check opening times before purchase and travel from your departure point to the destination, allowing enough time to reach the experience venue.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Complaints should be sent within 14 days after the travel date.
- Personal insurance is not included in the experience.
- Price inclusions are detailed on each page and subject to change without notice.
- Prices do not include tips to experts, personal items, lunch, or dinner (except when stated), and travel to or from the experience.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited at the experience facilities.
- Third-party experiences, products, and services not directly operated by Crazy Escape are subject to the booking terms and conditions of the operating company.
General Conditions Experiences operate subject to demand. In the event of ‘Places of Interest’ being closed, or road conditions preventing the experience from operating as advertised, every effort will be made to provide an alternative, but we reserve the right to cancel or modify arrangements. We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any experience if we deem their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers or compromising social safety.
Crazy Escape will not be liable for cancellation, delay, rescheduling, or other adjustment or impact to a departure or itinerary or any other aspect of the experience brought about by a Force Majeure Event or any other circumstance (including operating requirements or other occurrences beyond its control) that prevents or interferes with any aspect of the experience, including governmental and administrative actions related to social safety and distance. Crazy Escape will also not be liable for any cancellation or change costs or penalties incurred on other travel arrangements, including air, rail, and accommodation travel expenses, that may be affected thereby.
A Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance beyond the control of Crazy Escape, including but not limited to: (a) an act of god (such as earthquake, flood, fire, explosion, landslide, lightning, action of the elements, force of nature, pandemic prevention laws or regulations), (b) industrial disputes, work ban or other labour dispute or difficulty, (c) acts of terrorism, political unrest, war or threat of war, riots or civil strife, (d) closure of airports or ports, (e) pandemic, epidemic or health risk, (f) governmental and administrative actions (including closure of borders and travel warnings and restrictions).
